THEOLOGY - by Amy, aged 2 ½

After being interested in the Stations of the Cross and various statues in the church for some time these are the words of a 2½ year old.:
Daughter pointing at one of the Stations of the Cross:
"That's Jesus (pause) he has fallen over because the cross is too heavy, but it's alright - he's better now"

WHY DO WE GO TO CHURCH?  by Harry, aged 4 ½

Child (grumpily): Why do we ALWAYS have to go to church? 
Mummy: To learn about God 
Child: But I already know lots of things about God 
Mummy: What do you know? 
Child (after some thought): God's birthday 
Mummy: What else do you know? 
Child: It's a secret!!
